Mr. Trilok Singh
He is a media entrepreneur, researcher, and academic associated with K.R. Mangalam University and several digital platforms. Mr. Singh is presently teaching in the School of Emerging Media and Creator Economy (SEMCE) at K.R. Mangalam University (KRMU), Gurugram, while pursuing a Ph.D. in Journalism and Mass Communication at the same university.? He holds a master’s degree in Political Science from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, and a master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Galigotias University, along with a postgraduate diploma in Broadcast Journalism from International School of Journalism and Mass Communication, News 24 Campus. He has built multiple digital ventures in news and social media, including Youth Darpan Media, IASmind.com, Post A2Z Social Media, Micro BlogIN, and the International Journal of Journalism and Mass Communication (IJJMC), where he serves in leadership roles. His platforms and initiatives have been highlighted by various media outlets, and he has several years of experience in the digital media ecosystem as a founder and CEO.
Mr. Singh has written extensively on sustainability, climate change, international relations, foreign policy, Indian politics, governance, and contemporary issues, contributing hundreds of articles and opinion pieces to Indian and global digital platforms. In addition, he has authored multiple journal articles and book chapters, further strengthening his academic and professional contributions to media and communication studies. In 2025, Trilok Singh published a research article titled “Navigating Media Regulation and Censorship in Over?the?Top Platforms” and six book chapters: “Sustainable Development Cooperation Under India’s G20 Presidency,” “Digital Pathways to Sustainability: Assessing the Role and Impact of OTT Platforms in Advancing the United Nations SDGs,” and “The Role of Digital Media in Promoting Sustainable Business Practices in Delhi NCR,” among others. He also received two Best Research Paper Presenter awards at one international and one national conference in recognition of this work.

Dr. Aaqib Anwaar Butt
Dr. Aaqib Anwaar Butt is an accomplished academic and media researcher, currently working as Assistant Professor Grade III at the Sharda School of Media, Film and Entertainment, Sharda University. He holds a doctorate from the Centre for Culture, Media, and Governance, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and brings over a decade of teaching and industry experience across reputed institutions such as Jamia Millia Islamia, GGSIPU, Sharda University, and KR Mangalam University, along with professional engagements at The Indian Express, Kashmir Times, and Early Times. A Gold Medalist in Mass Communication from GGSIPU, he has received prestigious fellowships, including the Rajat Jayanti Vigyan Sancharak Fellowship (DST) and ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship.
Dr. Butt has successfully undertaken funded research projects on the impact of social networking sites on youth (ICSSR) and the popularization of science among youth in Jammu & Kashmir (DST). He has published widely in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC CARE-listed journals, contributed to MOOCs for INFLIBNET and e-PG Pathshala, and presented at several international forums. His current interests include Digital Media and Public Sphere, AI and News Media, Youth culture, Media and Conflict, Cyber security and Media, Media and Religion, Indian Knowledge Systems. Dr. Prashant Barthwal
Dr. Prashant Barthwal is a distinguished academic, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Sri Aurobindo College, University of Delhi. With a Ph.D. from the renowned University of Delhi, Dr. Barthwal has developed expertise in a wide range of critical and interdisciplinary subjects, with a focus on Indian political and cultural thought. His scholarly work is rooted in the complexities of historical analysis, textual studies, and critical theory, providing an insightful perspective on topics spanning from classical texts to contemporary issues. Dr. Barthwal’s research not only enhances the academic understanding of Indian political and cultural traditions but also bridges these with modern debates, making his contributions both historically grounded and socially relevant. As an educator, Dr. Barthwal is deeply committed to fostering intellectual growth and critical thinking among his students. He encourages them to explore foundational ideas while addressing contemporary challenges, equipping them with the analytical tools necessary for impactful contributions in fields such as academia, governance, and public policy. Dr. Karan Singh
Dr. Karan Singh is an Assistant Professor at the School of Emerging Media and Creator Economy (SEMCE), K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, Haryana. He holds a Ph.D. from Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal, and has a strong academic foundation in Journalism and Mass Communication, having completed his Master’s degree from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, in 2011. He qualified the UGC-NET in 2012 and also holds a B.Ed. in Hindi and Social Science from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. Hailing from Mahendragarh, Haryana, Dr. Singh brings a blend of academic rigor and professional experience to his teaching and research. His academic and journalistic engagements include roles such as Examination Controller, Training and Placement Coordinator, Sub-Editor for Gyanarthi Times (GMC, Kashipur) and Youngster (TIAS, Delhi), and Resource Person for Hindi Typing, Mobile Journalism (MOJO), and Visual Communication.
He has actively organized and supervised experiential learning initiatives including field trips, short film-making competitions, walk-in interview series, 50-hour film-making challenges, and street theatre (Nukkad Natak). His technical competencies include basic computer applications, Hindi typing, proficiency in design and graphics software, and effective use of MS Word and Excel. He is fluent in Hindi and English. Dr. Singh believes in learner-centric teaching with a positive and composed approach, employing engaging methods to enhance students’ interest and practical understanding. He aspires to contribute meaningfully to media research and continuously evolve as a committed academician.
Dr. Bal Krishna Mishra
Dr. Bal Krishna Mishra, Ph.D., MJMC (University Topper), UGC-NET, is a distinguished academician and media professional with over 15 years of experience spanning teaching, research, and the media industry. He has made significant contributions to the field of Journalism and Mass Communication through his scholarly research, publications, and hands-on engagement with digital media platforms. Dr. Mishra has authored several research papers published in Scopus-indexed, UGC CARE, and other reputed national and international journals, reflecting his strong academic grounding and analytical insight into media practices and their societal impact. He has also authored two books, which further demonstrate his in-depth understanding of journalism, communication theories, and contemporary media issues.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Mishra serves as the Editor of the Hindi news portal “Siddh Bhoomi,” where he actively bridges the gap between academic knowledge and professional media practices. His role in digital journalism enables him to provide students with industry-relevant perspectives and practical exposure. Currently, Dr. Mishra is working as an Assistant Professor at the IITM School of Mass Communication, Institute of Information Technology and Management (IITM), Janakpuri, New Delhi, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Dwarka, New Delhi. His academic and research interests include Development Communication, Media Literacy, Digital Journalism, and Current Affairs. Dr. Mishra is widely recognized for his innovative teaching methodologies, commitment to academic excellence, and dedication to mentoring aspiring journalists, equipping them to effectively navigate and adapt to the rapidly evolving digital media landscape.

Dr. Amar Saraswat
Dr. Amar Saraswat is currently associated with the School of Engineering and Technology, K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, where he contributes to teaching, research, and academic development. With over a decade of teaching experience, he also brings significant international research exposure, having worked with the Division of Intelligence Systems and Emergent Design at the Kyushu Institute of Technology (KIT), Fukuoka, Japan. From 2017 to 2018, Dr. Saraswat contributed to a Japanese government–funded research project titled “Communication Device for Deaf and Blind Citizens”, focusing on assistive and inclusive technologies. In recognition of his academic expertise, he was invited as a Keynote Speaker at the Global Awareness Program Seminar held at the Graduate School of Life Sciences and Systems Engineering, KIT, Japan, on January 19, 2016. He also participated in the Advanced Assistive Robotics (Global AAR) course at the Fukuoka Campus of KIT during 2017–2018.
Dr. Saraswat’s primary research interests include machine learning and deep learning applications in healthcare, with a strong focus on intelligent systems and assistive technologies. He has been recognized for his institutional engagement and outreach, receiving the Best Campus Ambassador Award (2022) from K.R. Mangalam University. He is the author of the book Endpoint-Based CAC Using Retransmission Timer for VoWLAN, published in Germany, and has contributed numerous research papers, review articles, and book chapters in reputed journals and international conference proceedings. Dr. Saraswat is a Life Member of the Computer Society of India (CSI) and the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and a Global Member of the Internet Society (ISOC). His academic work reflects a strong commitment to interdisciplinary research, technological innovation, and socially relevant applications of emerging technologies.
